OpenUaa

We develop software OpenUaa to identify cross-linked peptides generated by genetically encoded chemical cross-linker (GECX) based on bioreactive unnatural amino acid (Uaa). The inclusive and open search ability of OpenUaa dramatically improves identification sensitivity and coverage of cross-links as well as side products of Uaa incorporation.
